Civic LS Swap running problems..3,000 miles on it

I posted this a few days ago in the Civic forums..I just now realized I should have posted it here.

Whats up guys. Been awhile since i posted..since it got warm weather now I have been into my sport biking quite alot. Last time i posted i most likely still had the D16Z6 in my 93 Civic EX. I now have a B18B1 under the hood with a GSR Tranny.

No I don't really consider it fast..I mean..its quick..deffently alot more fun to daily drive than the Z6 was..so much more torque..1st gear is almot non existant in normal driving cause you can start off in 2nd so easily. Have right at 3,000 miles on the engine since the swap. I walked in my shop the other day and saw my Z6 sitting there on the floor..to be honest..it did hurt my feelings..I drove the car 4 years with that engine in there and beat the hell out of it and when i pulled it..it still NEVER used a drop of oil between 3,000 mile oil changes..was a very good engine

I do however have a few questions on teh LS swap. I am running the P75 ECU and everything just so you guys know that.

One little annoying problem is this. If I go out..jump in the car..start engine and immediatly go...its jumpy..not while acceleration but say you accelerate up to 60mph then try and level off..its like you can't hold the throttle steady to hold 60mph..it will jerk and start slowing down..then you ease back into..nothing..then it will jump and jerk and your accelerating again. Now however to fix this problem all you have to do is stop..turn engine off..start back up and sit there at idle for like 10 secs and let the idle drop from around 1k to 750 or so..then go..and it will drive like a dream..but if you DON'T do that..it will do the above. Any ideas on whats causing it? CEL is not on or anything.

After I first got the engine running it was jerking REALLY BAD..I found that one of the connections I had made when I extended the wires for the IACV was not getting connection..I re-did it and it was fine after that..but at that time i knew to check there casue I was throwing a CEL for the IACV..

No other complaints other than I drive the interstate to work and back everyday and with the GSR tranny and no LS 5th gear..kinda sucks doing 80mph and turning 4,000RPMs
