d16y8 honda idle problems
hey people hope you can help
my cars done this for two years so it has not affected the running of the car any. i used to think it was a vacum problem. engine blew due to a rod going thru the block.lol
so i had a new motor put in about 8 months ago and it still does it but had to use the same intake manifold and throttle body.
so the problem is. when the engine is cold it will idle at 1500. but as soon as you get the motor warmed up idle jumps from 1000 to 1700 back and forth. i just got done trying to clean the throttle body and sensor on top if throttle body. but no change. anyone know whats up?
