Ecu to match?

what Ecu would be the best for upgraded fuel, cam(timing); wether it be ctr,itr,skunk2, etc.

Hondata, because of the optimal tuning capabilities: timing, fuel mapping, etc...

which one? Just curious, bout to do complete timing, fuel delivery, and port upgrade. wanting opinions from experiance.

thanks in advance for useful advice!

Jdm b16, 95 gsr tranny/act hd., itr intake man;thottle body,
str fuel rail, aem cold air, needs to be tuned bad, but after upgrades.

i recommend the Hondata system, 2 or the new S200 (or whatever it's called). for a couple hundred $ it's worth it. better than the "chipped" ECU's, though the chipped ones do work well if you get the right program to match exactly what you have in your setup.

it depends on your setup and how much $$ you have.

i like Hondata personally, which is well worth the $$ but i bit more expensive than most people want to spend.

you could also try a reputable ECU programmer who can "rechip" you ECU and install a new program suited for your setup.

what setup do you have? N/A or F/I? how much do you want to spend? what vehicle?

There are a lot of program chips you can have soldered into your ECU to get pretty much whatever specs you want on it....vtec x-over point, fuel settings, redline...the only thing is you have to send it out to have it chipped (unless you can solder)...but as far as stock ecus go, probably with a b16 you'd want a CTR ecu, but remember to shift early where its got a higher redline....hope this helps...

thanks, most helpful

great suggestions, I have some troubling news and yet some inspiring news...
I just bought a 00 Si (red) because of my family starting to grow in about a year or so, and the del sol is fun yet not a baby-hauler @ all. ya know!
well I will be interested to get = or somewhat = performance from the Si as from the Sol. I don't know if I'll keep the Sol or just trade off most parts onto the Si.

Itr complete intake system, Rc inj, str fuel rail, Cold-air, wheels and probably the clutch as well,

and just gut the sol or sell it?

we'll not take the sol's exhaust off, just buy new one

any suggestion's,
Well I'll just start a new thread-even though there is probably 10 of them here goes...
