Skipping/hesitation under hard acceleration.

The spark plugs are wet only around the threads.

If you did take the time to read my problem, does it sound more like an Ignition problem or a fuel problem.

I hear the whirring sounds when I turn the key to the 'start' position. How loud should the click from the main relay be though?

-if you want to check the relay, switch it with another one tha works. like supose the ac blower...... *dont know your fuse box so this is just an example*

I believe now that it is a fuel problem. The injectors are spraying, but I don't believe enuff fuel is getting to the cylinders. I can rev my engine, but once it gets to 2000RPM it cuts off.
