Exhaust gone Bad?

I'm on my second Comptech exhaust. It was first replaced because it cracked around the resonator and the muffler sounded weird. They warrantied that.
Now it rattles a little bit when decelerating. It only does it under load. I took it to an exhaust shop and we couldn't see anything wrong or hear anything, it's only when I'm driving.
Is it the muffler? Help me out here.

heat shield?

It's coming from the exhaust I'm pretty sure. The heat shield is no longer there. Thanks for the suggestion though.

a friend of mines crx does the same thing.. we jacked up her car and tightened everything up.. made sure nothing was loose or touching anything else.. she also had a problem w/ the shifter touching the piping and it would make a rattleing/ buzzing noise

Did that solve the problem? Mine kind of sounds like it's in the muffler.
