Question Feels weird to be back...

Last time I posted here, the site was called SuperHondaOnline, over three years ago (just ignore that "Brand Spanking Newbie" thing), and I always enjoyed sharing tech info with Tuan.

Three-plus years later, I'm back, and I'm wondering if he still posts here. He had detailed specs on pretty much every Honda engine, and I need to find out the deck height of a B16A2.

Any help?:

BTW, I also post on Car & Driver's Sports & GT forum.:

Tuan stepped down

And the answer to your question about the deck height on the B16A is 263mm

Thanks, I found Tuan at Temple of VTEC. Also, thanks for the info, but to be more specific, I was looking for the deck height as in how far from zero-deck does the piston get at TDC. The B16A does not have a zero-deck height because the compression ratio numbers don't jive. For example, SRP 11.5:1 pistons, at 81mm bore, give me an 11.6:1 ratio, which is not much, but higher compression pistons give me a bigger difference. The volume should be around ½ a cc, but it would be nice to know the actual number.

Thanks again.

ES
