i got it started today and it starts every time ok but:
1)when i got it running antifreeze like literly poored out my exhaust and ran a bit rough but not to bad
2) im throwing a code (havnt checked it yet ill post tomorow)

so does any one know what i messed up or whats wrong with the motor
thx

If you're throwing a code, find out what the code is and address it. If there is coolant getting into the exhaust, you have a bad headgasket.

more then likely you have a leak around cyl 1, its the only cyl thats completely covered by the water jacket and cyl4 but 99% of the time its goin to be cyl, cause could be when u placed the HG down u didn't clean ur surface or tighten down to specs or even you got a leak somewhere else in ur head but bottem line, coolent in exhaust is HG leak..sorry bro..

Easy. You messed it up. Either you didnt torque it down hard enough, or you torqued soemthing too hard, or you torqued it in the wrong order, or you got a bad gasket, or you somehow blew it.
