Those grounding kits are nice, but expensive for what they are. Just head down to the local car audio store and pick up some good 8 gauge wire and some ring terminals and replace all the factory ground wires in the engine bay. Battery to chassis, battery to engine, engine to chassis, ect.
However, it's really not worth it on a newer Honda as the factory grounds are very good. Unless you have a high power audio system or are having problems with you factory grounds, it's not worth the time and effort.
It's a very popular WRX mod as the factory grounds are rather crappy.

Computers can be easily confused when it comes to differences in "ground". Since the signals are usually based off of a "zero" point (not necessary literally zero), it is possible for the computer to get confused if the zero point is moving around. This would be caused by the ground drifting, which can be avoided by putting multiple grounds down to create a single large one.
