probloms with my iacv

I swapped an obx obd-0 intake manifold onto my 97 civic hx. everthing is good but my idle surges between 1000-1500 rpm after warm up. no check engine codes no leaks. the iacv is the only thing that i had to replace. I got one form a 90 crx d15 non vtec. i've reset the computer, cleaned the iacv and i still have a problom. do i need a different iacv or what???

any advice will help
thanks
