Replacing the Clutch

Finally replacing the clutch on my 97 GSR with 110k miles.


I have the following parts


1 release bearing
1 flywheel bearing
1 main rear seal
1 Xact flywheel
1 Exedy clutch




Just wondering if there is anyting else I can replace since its gonna be
teared apart?

And typically how much would the labor cost to take care of this?

Local shops here are quoting me about $180-$220.

i paid 300 for the OEM replacement on my hatch

so 180-200 is good
