No it won't.
The bolt paterns on SOHC motors are different to D/ZC DOHC versions. I did manage to fit a D16A9 head onto a D15B3 after welding the holes up and re-drilling them. It revved so nice but the crank did not like 8200rpm and broke on the over run after a few 1000 kms.
