Talon on death bed.

I have a 1995 Eagle Talon with the 2.0L non turbo. Its had its regular problems like the timing belt and other things like that. I have replaced the injectors and headgasket and after that it started having a hard start and poor running after start up. I have had it at several shops and they cant find out the reason of it or have the OBD1 plug to hook up to it. If anyone has had or owns one now that this has ever happened to could you please give me some advice on what the hell is wrong with it.
