i'm asking because theres a Apexi GT Header made for the GSR which retails for $599, is on sale for only $300...and was wondering if it would fit a B18B head...

so definitely a YES then?

why do people make it so complicated and for more then one motor then? :

because it was built around the GSR motor probably. It will fit the b18b, but it was made specifically for the GSR...
