Well your question is kind of stupid
all depends on what kind of condition its in and who tunes it
a lot depends on the tune
but dont expect to be hitting high numbers with that

i know the sohc's is around 200-250

Iv'e never heard of anyone breaking 300 with one personally but the age and condition of the engine is a big limiting factor

typical Ds with supporting mods make around 200.
typical Bs with some supporting mods can make around 250-275

Not True check out car mags dude there was an article in either Honda Tuning or Sport Compact car that they did a test on a turbo B-16 the only thing they changed was the pistons to lower the compression and the are the weakest link in the whole set up. The test i saw was able to put 500 Hp to the engine with proper tune. there whole reason for doing the test was to show you don't always need to do all kinds of internal work to make a powerful engine.

you can push tons of HP out of any engine that doesn't mean it won't explode after one run on the Dyno. when you push an engine past it's limits you drastically shorten the time it will be powering your car. my car car's engine is good up to 500-550 HP safely i could get 700 HP out of it but after one or two passes my block would most likely be split in two

There are too many variables to determine one number. Depends on turbo, injectors, fuel, tune etc etc.

there is no such thing as average. it's all in the tune and turbo.
