Mods: ignition system, hks cat back, dc header, high flow cat, stage 3 clutch, 8lb flywheel, cold air intake, short shifter, larger throttle body, front and rear strut bars, Zex 75 shot, lsd

bad plug
i have a 93 sohc 1.5 non vtec del sol and it keeps fouling a spark plug... could this be a cause of bad gas or broken down oil? i just got the car back it was sittin for awhile but before it was parked it ran fine please help
