blow off valve help

does anyone know the easiest way to get the blowoff valve thats on the one pipe onto the other pipe. it doesnt line up at all

Looks like you will need it cut off and tig welded on.
Unless you can find an adapter, but even then it doesn't look like you would have any way to mount it without welding

You will have to weld on a greddy flange if you want to use that pipe.
