car wont kick over

i have a 94 honda del sol, and its not starting

Car will start from push start (popping clutch while moving). All dash lights turn on fine.

starter signal fuse was checked and fine.

When key is turned, no sound from starter.

Took the battery and the starter out and got it checked out at autozone and both passed.

guy at autozone said to check the fuses.

is there anything that you guys can tell me on what to do. idk what fuses to check or where they might be, and could there be something else to check.

nder the steering wheel on the left there ois a little panel that says "fuse box" on it. pull it off and the fuses are right there. if a fuse is blown there will be a break in it, then just replace if that is the case.

PROBLEM SOLVED

The starter was intermittent. It just happen that when we took it to autozone to get it tested, it worked. The starter would slip every now and then and the way we tested this was we push started the car, and then turned the key all the way while the motor was running, listening for that loud scratching sound starters make when the car is already started. The car would only make the sound every now and then.

problem-
bad starter
