You will need the motor and the tranny, new motor mounts. If you swap from OBD1 to OBD2 then you need a harness adapter, I would get a programable ECU from someone like HonData, also don't forget that you will the new halfshafts, and I think that because the trannys are different you will need the shift cables out of the B16.
