I have the Tanabe racing medallion and i love it. Skunk2 also came out with a cat-back for the sol, www.atomicautosport.com, I think they have it there.

I have had nothing but compliments on my exhaust. As far as hp gain, i can tell a little difference in mid to high. As far as sound it concerened it is pretty deep and loud if you don't have the silencer in. It screams when the vtec kicks in, I LOVE THAT! I would highly recommend it.

be sure to keep a box of doughnuts in the passenger seat for the cop that pulls you over!

even w/ the silencer it's STILL loud. Great if you live in the country because it'll scare the deer off the road for miles ahead of you !

It is pretty loud, but I hope it quites down when the turbo is in place....You could always add a silencer....
