Glass Top!!?????
It would be so awsome, and i am hoping someone has heard of or seen one... But i wonder if anyone makes a GLASS roof for the del sol.. You know how amazing that would be if someone manufactured them...
WHAT NOW BITCHES.. i have a tinted roof...!!! 
And if they dont make em someone should... NOW..
Im just not sure how they would do the roof locking mechanism tho...

they make them.. pretty hard to find..
they are pretty sick.. their like 500+ everytime i see one for sale..
if i had the money i'd get one. =]

i dont care what the price is.. id get one if i saw one... lol it would suck tho if you got a rock chip  .. Are they outta just regular glass or a plastic-ish glass that wouldnt crack or shatter..

Ok i got stoaked hearing someone has heard of a such thing so i did some looking...    ...
Found this web site but they have no pictures of any of their shit...  .. And they really need to update their site..lol
but i called them and their answering machine was still to their company.. so im gunna try calling them in the mourning..
O yea and it aint really glass.. its a type of plastic

Uhhh...yea..lol almost sounds like that they dont make their roofs anymore.. Found a thread from 05 and they weren't really making them then... Have to call them to find out..
Sounds like it would be easier to do a group buy/order... would anyone want to get one of these roofs???

I think if Honda made the Del Sol with the glass top it would have sold alot more of them. The glass top is hot. Didnt the JDM CRX come with a glass top?

idk i know the usdm had a moon roof/ sun roof... Kinda the same and yet not... the ameripol roof is alot bigger and more open...
but far as jdm goes i really dont know.. Dont see how you could have a "glass top" persay...

they DID make the glass top for a very short time in japan, they dont still make them, and they are very rare. . .im sure very fragile as well.
someone makes a carbon top...if your looking for weight reduction, i wonder how light it is. . .
personally i would stay with the stock top.
and if you really wanted to be custom you could custom build a glass top on the stock roof, that cant be that hard if you have the right tools and know how.

and a transtop roof is almost double the regular weight for some reason... |

i'd get one but itd suck to have to keep it from scratching.. it'd be way cool thou.. but usually you wanna look outside if its a nice day.. and if its a nice day you generally drive with top off anyways..
