seriously if you got 23k you have two options

sell your fucking car and buy a fucking mkiv supra

or

buy a used evo 8 and dump 7 grand into it and have two cars. a type r daily driver and a badass 440whp built tuned evo8 weekend car and be happy. all these bastards swaps you are listing are kinda dumb and pointless. why would you spend 20K on a car just to have it lose to less expensive better performing cars with more style. for the money you're trying to spend you could have a used 350z with some nice upgades as opposed to a rwd converted integra that handles like shit and is still slow

It is a bastard swap, but I have seen it done. A bit of a tight fit though. I'd say b-series turbo is the way to go, and alot easier. and cheaper. and prolly gonna put out way more power than just a plain swap would.

B18C1 + turbo unless you are going for something unique and have a lot of time money and patience most cross make swaps aren't worth it unless it's between ford, dodge, and GM V8 cars.

you have some skewed fantasy's. you'd blow money supercharging a scion xb? you could get an evo8 for 15-16grand and spend the rest of the money on a full engine build and 430 awhp.

that I understand, but if I was going to get a scion it wouldn't be an xb. they are about as aerodynamic as a brick and the original model only had 103 hp. granted, they've added 55 hp to the equation and actually made it somewhat visually appealing but I would still buy a tc before an xb.
