noise from cold

well since its sooo cold my engine decides to act up.....
when the engine is just started and cold, it makes this howling screeching noise that seems to come from the pullys. this noise is loud, its not constant, and will happen at idle and while driving, and goes away if i change engine speed. After the car is warmed up it makes no noise at all and drives perfect. any ideas what it is??

thanks......

Mine does the same thing. I was wondering about that. Kind of like metal rubbing together or something right?

yup, it's the belts... my bro's accord does it cuz the belts don't drive the pulleys straight... it's loud and ear-piercing.
