once i get all the wireing good ill clean it up.. i cant get it to turn on unless i have the red (ignition) and yellow (constant) put together... but since im doing that it resets everytime i turn the car off.. its annoying as hell

Yeah just be sure to check the wiring. I had the same problem with my stereo in my CRX when I put it in. That was probably one of the most annoying things ever. . .and it took about 10 mins of trial and error to figure out what was going on. . .I'm sure there is a safer way, maybe a multi meter but I was in a hurry

i wired my ignition to my radio fuse.. then my constant directly to the battery. with a 15 fuse in the wire

i bought a power acoustik 5.2" LCD touchscreen from ebay awhile back, and my god the installation sucked. i hat to take the center console and cut and shave the stereo hole to fit the screen, it took about 4 hours total. no secret door for me either, but hell, its got the detachable face plate so i can just hide it in the glove box. nice install tho.
