Replacing Brake Pads

I have done a little search but couldn't find what I was looking. And I can't tell the difference between good and bad brake pads. I would like to replace my rear ones, they're running thin and screaming at me. What kind of brake pads wold you guys recommend if I am replacing rear ones? I don't have the time to change break rotors or do other stuff... I am looking for something that is a upgrade from OEM pads. What's a good brand/kind? I have heard ceramic pads are best, will they do the Sol good? Thanks in advance for your help.

You're not really up against time as much as money. Changing rotors is pretty quick and easy.

pretty much anything with the word ceramic is good but not cheap also they can cause a squeaking sound but it beats the hell out of being T-boned by a car at an intersection because you cant stop
