When i make the slater take can i skip the step which routes the 3/8 inch tube to the crankcase and instead of that put a small breather filter on??????

I would advise against it, but it's your car, you do what you want with it.

If Honda gives every car crank-case vacuum, do you think there's a reason behind it? Putting a breather filter on there eliminates that vacuum. Stick with the tubing.
