thermostat housing/water pipe assembly URGENT!

Hi everyone, I recently tried to replace my thermostat, however, one of the two screws (the one on the left, the easiest to pull out) broke in half. Half of the piece is stuck inside the water pipe assembly. I tried to use a screw extractor with a drill, and still dont work as it is too sticky. My only hope is to pull out the thermostat housing/water pipe assembly and take it to a machine shop to get the screw out or just get a used complete unit. My question is, is there anybody here can tell me a step by step instruction to how I can pull this thermostat housing/waterpipe assembly out. If there's other solution to this I will sure appreciate it. Btw, my motor is d15b7 on a del sol. Thanks a bunch!
