well this is what i have been working on

lets start out with what i have done... i took out all that weight... and it looked completely ugly with bare metal..

so i painted all the cabin metal red and trunk..

i thought it was a great feeling not to see the bare metal.. then i put in some red/black racing seats.. i got them for like 100 each from this druggy lol it smells like weed like really badly.. then i found out that i couldnt mount them because i couldnt just unscrew the old mounts from the stock seats for the new ones... so i got a machine shop to make them.. so i got them in...

i took out the rear sliding window and replaced it with a plexiglass one.. that was a lot of fun to deal with the measuring...

i took out the AC... in south carolina the heat just turned out to kill me.. so the top is always off lol

and i replaced my old cast iorn header with a new stainless steel one... the old one was like 50 lbs and the new one is a hell of alot lighter.


i got the cat and totally drilled the stuff out.. lol it took awhile but the cat is completely bare on the inside.. enjoy and let me know what else i can do to the car.. without spending gobs of money... im saving for boost.. lol i got 2 grand and i just need a little bit more.. YAY

Nothing is overly easy from there. You have pretty much done all the easy stuff. Now it depends on what you are trying to do with it.

well i dont really have a turbo setup in mind yet.. all i know is that i want one lol and i just have a feeling that i need a rebuild before i boost.. i found out yesterday that it has like 30k on the last rebuild.. so its time.. and the sol likes the new diet... lol and i also give it alot of exercise so im sure it can shed off some more lol

so u have 2k for a rebuild or is the 2k soley for the turbo setup?? and how's it drive w/the new weight loss?? can u feel a boost in acceleration??....oh yea, nice SS header, even sexier when they turn that burnt titanium color

its amazing with all the weight out lol the back roads are even better.. its a huge difference and i live in the upstate area.. and i guess the 2k is for the turbo.. i just need to find out what its going to cost to do a rebuild
