so lately my bro has been fuckin his life and my family's life up to say the least. I am 20 he is 16. 21 and 17 in oct my dad has been on vacation for the past month. he has gotten into drugs and bad. a couple of weeks ago he was all fucked up on something got all pissed off and started punching his door to his room. fuckin broke it all to shit stuff was flying everywhere. well a piece of the door hit my 20 month old son in the face. i put him against the wall and told him that was enough if it ever happens again im gonna beat his ass. little shit keeps goin on through the last few weeks and more shit is happening nothing too serious though. but still ppl are coming over here that i dont like and its really pissing me off and my mom. but he knows my mom wont do shit about it. bear with me i know this is long. ive had concerns about ppl coming here and seeing my car and shit and since they are all druggies them seeing inside our house and some of the things they see in our house. well some little shit from my room got stolen nothing major. and i knew my room had been gone through. well about a week ago he was fucked up again stole a bunch of pills from my mom and did all this shit again took a bat to the inside of the house so i called the cops. this was 8am i was late for work called my boss he didnt believe me what was going on told me i dont have a job any more. cops wrote me a note for work explaing what happend blah blah blah. got my job back. cops couldnt do anything to my brother bc this is where he lives. so 2 days ago he gets all fucked up again starts shit with me in front of my kids yet again in the morning still fucked up from the night b4. he came after me got him in a choke hold choked him till he passed out. there was a bike in the living room for some reason. turns out the night b4 he broke into alot of cars. cops didnt do shit he gave back all the shit he stole. well then tonight he has pissed some one off and they are threatening to fuck with my car. IDK WTF to do about all of this thats why im asking you guys. cops wont do shit. my parents wont im stuck i got layed off cant move out. AHHHHHHHHH sry had to vent any opinions

sorry to hear about this. I'd watch your ride like a hawk, and if any of those little fuckers come near it, you need to take the matter into your own hands. That's a nice ride you got, i'd hate to hear that some drug fucks busted it to shit.

I don't know what city you live in, but here in Orange County, you can be tried as an adult @ 16 yrs old. Just keep callin the cops on him every time he fucks up. Protect your child and your ma and get a camera to look over your ride. I didnt and some fucker hit and ran right in front of my house!!!! Now it's too late.

If the cops wont help you then kick his ass out and see if you can get a restraining order. Does your Dad keep your brother in check? If so He needs to end his vacation early and beat some sense into your brother.
