Change photoshop splash/load screen?

So i obtained a copy of PS and the splash screen has some bullshit on it about not killing animales. it's the screen that comes up while the program is loading and says stuff like, "loading templates.. loading plug-ins.. etc."

Anyone know what file this is to edit or be replaced with an original?

You have to modify a .DLL, I got the same one lol. Just search for a tutorial on YouTube, I figured it out and now my computer doesn't threaten me to not eat meat anymore. Sorry about bumping this too.
