i dont think that was an rsx s.....i have been staring and there is no apparent S there. but its so obscure its 50/50 on that call.

edit: anyways the rsx driver needs to learn to drive first...the launches were terrible each time. i dont know what u would call the first one.

Cool

Think about it, the civic wouldn't be that fast even with the bottle. It is an EX, 125hp + 55 nos + 10 for the rest = 180- 190 hp. That puts it about the same as the other two cars. SER is easy to get a good launch cause of the low end torque. RSX-s is hard to get a good launch everytime, too much, wheel spins, too little, bogs. At the end, still comes to the driver.

If that was an RSX-S, he seriously needs to learn how to drive. If he did, he would've smoked that SE-R easily.

not really, type-s has what torque bout 160 or so right, the torque spec's on nissans always seem to be the same or more than the horsepower! I've seen plenty of ser's beat gsr's no sweat...they're just built fast but wont last long...

Thumbs up Facts

--------------- RSX -- Type-S
compression --- 9.8:1 -- 11:1
Horsepower --- 160@6500 -- 200@7400
Torque ----- 141@4000 ----- 142@6000
Redline ----- 6800 ----- 7900

NA the rsx will most likely never have 160lb torque

Come on Civic . Tap the bottle !
Possibley not.. It depends on how much of a shot he is using. For instance if he has a 55 shot which more than likely that is what he has it will only drop you about .7 1/10 of a second. So if the car runs a 16.5 stock than with juice he is running high 15's.

I personally don't think that civic is spraying. I have the same car same mods and I can easily hang with the Type R's in my area with bolt ons. The guy's bottle is either empty or the pressue is too low.
