lol, it's built on the enzo chassis. Ferrari is maserati's parent company, using an existing chassis to build upon reduces cost for both company by using economies of scale.

Um the Mc12 and Enzo are two different car's. Yes they may share drivetrains but technically they are two different car's. Just like an Integra and civic share similar aspects they are two different cars. Doesn't really matter anyway.
