Was that an S2000 CR? Honda really needs to give that car some more power.

The M3 costs nearly twice the price of the S2000 and has nearly twice the horsepower. This is comparing a 4 cylinder to an 8 cylinder as well. Not really a fair comparison IMO, but whatever. I got to drive the 08 M3 a couple of weeks ago. It is ridiculously fast. I also test drove a CR. Even though I am disappointed they didn't put more horsepower in the S2000 CR, still a cool car. The wheels on the CR have a special grey finish that looks really awesome. The tires are really sweet looking too and super sticky. Skid pad results were almost 1 g. At first I didn't think I would like the spoiler, and all the body kitwork, but in person it actually looks pretty good.

I think the S2K was there mainly as a benchmark.

thats def true but they are already pushing 240hp out of what used to be a 2.0 now is a 2.2
They sure as hell arent going to boost it, the s2000 will just be replaced in a few years

The M3 should be competing against the GTR35. Same class of cars. Ok ok, I know that the Nissan will be a lot faster.

hahah just because he owns a BMW... it equalled an excellent video... ahahahahah
i gid.. it was a pretty good video. i wonder what would have happened if they put in the new civic type R in there as well. supposedly, its even faster than the s2k... has close times to the nsx.. i wonder now ... put in an old nsx in there as a benchmark, that will be good to watch !!

lol.. but it doesnt run & it's in pieces I'm parting out the baby.. Going to miss her.. Driving a truck for temporary lol.
I agree with you, i was hoping to at least see the new CTR in there or even the new Skyline GTR. If the new Nissan Skyline GTR was in there it would've demolished the BMW & the rest of the cars but it's all driver to me. I'm a little disappointed with the IS-F. I believe the IS-F could've done a lot better though, that's just my side of the story.

Nice picture of a club racer. Hagus insurance listed the CR as one of the top 10 new cars it predicted would be a collectible car in the future.

Oh yeah that's a very nice picture... Hey sorry to thread jack but hey i see in your sig you're getting the new 328i.. You should like that car a lot. the new 328i's are good cars comparing E46 330i vs new 328i. Still nonetheless great cars.

Yeah it was an FR test. It was closer then I thought the M3 gave a bit of head start though. I'm surprised how bad the F ran. The drivers were hitting the rev limit to much.
