ms-13 is a gang that first originated in some spanish nation, forget which one, and then came to the states. started to build up in the east side and of course they had to populate in VA. def not a gang u ever want to mess with.

What I want to know is where the car was stolen from, if he left it parked somewhere then shit, what do you expect to happen.

national geographic did a documetry on ms-13. it considered to be the most dangerous gang in the US. so even if it was in a garage somewhere i'm pretty sure they didn't give a damn, they wouldn't have let it stop them.
oh and yes this car does need a memorial. that was one of the sadest things i ever saw. someone sticky this vid

Yea and my point is you leave your shit unattended with that much stuff on it and you take it to the track and everyone has seen it and knows who you are, its gonna get stolen. I know people who have had the same thing happen, and the 1 time they think its safe to park the bitch and eat something, it dissapears from the lot in less than 20min.
