Ok i'm gonna really start to act stupid here...Let me put something to you all, 1000hp is 1000hp, anybody can get that much HP if you have money & knowledge. Actually if you think a average 1000hp jap car will smoke a 1000hp domestic on freeway or street think again morons because you shouldn't be driving a car or be working on cars because you have no clue on what you're talking about. I've been building, driving, and racing shifter karts since i was 11 so dont test me. The only Jap car with probably 1000hp that'll probably beat a average american car on freeway @ 1000hp is a Supra depending on its setup..

The reason why you see most 900-1000hp Supras rape so hard on top end is due to because most of them are running T-78, SP-71, SC61, GT48, GT64, etc... which are pretty incredible size turbines but when you see the Supras race other kind of american cars its mostly 03/04 SVT CObras with ported blown + 200 shot but lets see it race a LS1 SS Camaro with same setup & same HP vs Supra & guarantee you Supra will get blown out of the water as if it was standing still also due to its extremely long gears.

WHen we start talking about NA, let me see your average Import car have higher HP # than a domestic...********* DONT SAY ITS BECAUSE IT HAS MORE LITERS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT*********** Now if you go to NHRA & watch Sport Compact Car nationals or NOPI Nationals & watch NA street class, a lot of those guys are not even running stock motors in whatever car they're running, i'll tell you a good 20-35% of the people in NHRA sport compact car nationals are running big block motors, why??? explain to me....

A Skyline is a skyline...A Camaro is a Camaro, i can buy a 240sx in states for 3k & just drop a RB25 or RB26 in there & be faster than a stock skyline, big deal..This is probably the worst thread i've ever had to read in SUPERHONDA.com history... lol..

It's not only about amount of liters your cars has but also the kind of driver you are to on the street. If you're a gay ass driver with a import then your gas will burn like crazy, same thing goes with a domestic. Just because a car says it does 25-30mpg & other does 15-20mpg but if the car doing so & so this, it'll do more..
