the b20 in the civic would only yield high 14s - low 15s with a good driver. to the wheels, a b20 gets about as much or a little more hp as a b16. i forget who, but someone in the crx forum swapped a b20 in a crx and ran a 14.2 or 14.3...in a heavier 5th gen civic, the time would be a little slower...
