WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME!??!?!?!?! Las Vegas, NV = has actually the best cost of living & house pricing on the west coast actually.. YOu can still buy a decent 2,000 sq. ft home for about 300,000 depending upon location hehe.. usually everything on east coast is cheaper.
