koenigsegg has been out of the running ever since the veyron came out.. the veyron tops at 251.. the ccr only does 247 .... and besides.. the ccr has a ford based motor.. so thats gay... but it would still walk all over a veyron on a track

Who cares about top speed. Imagine you're rolling down the street. You pull up next to a Veyron. You're gonna have some quick fun. You start racing... all the way up to top speed? You're suddenly BOTH doing over 230mph on public streets? I think not. So who gives a flying fuck. lol

Any who cares if it's a ford based motor. If it makes the power, who cares? Some ford motors rock. 351 Windsor, SVT427, The new 5.4 modular all aluminum one in the Ford GT.

Yeah that web site is off anyway. The McLaren F1 has been in production for years and it goes over 250.

Actually it doesn't ^^ I believe it's record was 231mph That was the CCR the CCX has even more power and should be faster
