[quote=\my civic has over 450whp and still gets mid to upper 20's a gallon. [/QUOTE]
I would love to see that too because I have an all motor civic now and there is no way i get 20 mpg when i beat on it. I had a 2001 GSR and that didnt even get that when i beated on it. So I highly doubt you get 20+ mpg in a turbo build while beating on it. You may get 20+ mpg idling or under 2k, other than that, I highly doubt it.
Mods: SR20DET,3" exhaust from the turbo, AFC, Greddy RS B.O.V., CP pistons, greddy head gasket, nismo clutch, tie rods, springs, shocks, vlsd, etc

it's a boosted car man. that's why. it runs on non aggressive cams and is tuned for boost so it only consumes large amounts of fuel under boost. that's why all motor hondas are such a pita. you guys don't realize when you swich to aggressive cams do all of your motor work. you will get rotary gas mileage. it's all in the tune. a 400+whp turbo 4cyl. will easily pull 25 mpg plus on the highway. and about 17-22mpg city. so if he does mix of highway and city he'll easily pull an average of 25 mpg. my car makes almost 100 more whp than a b16 and is almost half a liter larger and pulls better gas mileage than that same b16. why do you think the vast majority of tuners boost their cars when they wanna make real power. my boys tuned jdm b18c in an eg hatch pulls worse gas mileage than my 240 hehe.
Mods: DC header, Greddy Evo catback exhaust, AEBS(type R like) intake manifold, aem CAI, Apex'i VAFC, about to do a teg typeR cam swap

That is the biggest reason i am boosting my civic instead of all motor, gas mileage baby, i can't afford 4bucks a gallon. It cost me like 44 bucks to fill up, that's freakin retarded. (im gonna buy a mo-ped) or if Honda made a bicycle, i would probably buy that.

I was readin your bio on the left and was wondering what kind of power are you making with that setup?
