so with this stretched tires issue, would it be like putting a 15 inch tire on a 16 inch rim, or is it the width, like putting a 195 on a 225? just wondering

yea its the width. putting 205's on an 8" wide rim. the height you cant fuck with, 16's on 15's aint gonna fly. but narrow tires on wide rims is good.
