the video is short, and the qaulity sucks. its hard to drive fast and film with a cameraphone at the same time. this was taken about a month ago, when i still had the stock exhaust manifold on. i wasnt really getting into it too hard(the shift light hasnt even come on yet), the tachometer is off. i usually shift around 8k on the tach. also on a full interior/ac/ps components. this footage is computer generated.
how far off is your stock tach? I've seen 8,000 on mine and supposedly the rev limit is 7600 on my ecu haha.
I should just ghetto rig a shift light over the winter. Phearable was supposed to put one on my p28 when they chipped it and... yeah, didn't happen. Was a nice surprise after i'd passed up a couple shift lights at swap meets because i thought i had one.
well when it shows near like 7600, the 6800 shift light comes on(check engine light) but i usually dont go over 7 on the tach anyways. but the limiter is set for the motor's stock 7300.

THATS THE WAY TO DO IT BRO... quality may be a POS, but hey bro, you know its better than nothing right? Anyways, after all my car tech with you at least you got it all down & good & tuned right from the right people, there that way you dont get screwed over but hopefully you get your new dsm 450, pulley, etc.. all installed & get it off the floor.. anyways goodnight & happy holidays everyone.
Now time to get my b20 vtec engine in your car & boost it & you'll be all taken care of.. or yet if you wanna stay S/C just go with K series & go with JRSC. hehe..
Screw JRSC, if your gonna do it, get a Procharger kit to me it appears to be a better kit. I would get a y8 tranny for your sohc, it should be quicker gear ratios

i like my transmission. Si tranny does me fine. appearances may be deceiving, what makes the procharger a better kit? please explain, im all ears..i didnt even know they made prochargers for sohc...
