Mods: K&N Filter, home made 3" exhaust, walbro 255lph fuel pump, exedy clutch. Rebuilt motor myself with ARP bolts. Has about 190rwhp now, should be good for 350+ after other upgrades.
Obviously that was extreme and uncalled for behavior, but come on...fractures??? I have seen police do soo much worse to actual criminals when they run.

like that they're usually on possession or high on drugs or they
may even have a weapon. a routine stop like that usually ends
up in a shoot out or car chase. the cop has to be hella
defensive if he wants come home safely.

With an unmarked car you can wait to pull over until you are in a well lit area or public area, however I his car was probably marked. I dont know the rules about that, but I am pretty sure you are supposed to pull over right away.

I doubt her "I didn't think it was a cop, I needed to pull over somewhere more public" argument works when there's an officer in uniform, gun drawn, and flashing lights behind her. See... this is why natural selection is crucial. People like this shouldn't be allowed to breed...
Actually there have been stories where robbery dressed up in cop uniforms and randomly pulled people over along the streets; of course the vehicle was unmarked. She could be saying I didn't think he was a cop but then again i have to agree with the cop here. I mean 8 miles is a long way, I bet if there were other cops around, 4 cops would of dragged her on the floor and not just one. Not to mention after the officer told her to turn off the car and step out of the vehicle, she just sat in the car for quite some time. She probably brought it upon herself for those bruises and a 6 figure claim would be too much. Medical bills don't cost that much even if you needed to see a psych for 2 weeks. Oh well, lucky her?
