i made the mistake of letting other people do the dirty work (welding, fabbing).
this lead to the throttles getting welded to the runners and warping #3 throttle. The throttle linkage kept on fucking up since the tabs that were welded on were not bent correctly to hold the spring in right. So the springs kept popping out anytime i got aggressive with the throttle. I finished them 4 days before i was scheduled to dyno. In those 4 days, there was one day where everything was savy besides fouling plugs at idle. But then springs kept coming off and we'd ahve to resynch them all over again then we figured out that the fuel was puddling in the combustion chamber because the injectors were not perpendicular with the injector port. It came down to 5 pm and i was scheduled to leave the next morning, so the IM went back on. Hadn't touched them since and considering how much i am working and my fall semester, im not going to have time to dick around with them. So i sold them to someone who will hopefully fix them.
alot is a bit of an understatement, LOL. I had all the specs right, everything just didnt come together.
oh well, i know the correct way of doing them. Knowing exactly how to build them cost me 300 dollars. 300 dollars, to me, is well worth the knowledge i gained.
I could cut the cost of these in half with what i know now.

I thought you invested more cash than that. but I agree. 300 isnt too much money if you learned a lot from the process
