If the state funded local racetracks where people could race thier cars it would lessen the impact on the street, its just that State you live in rather fund a park to become a shooting range than a race track.
i live in oceanside, about 40-45 miles north of the closest race track which is hardly open, and its an 1/8th mile track, and it costs like 30 bucks to run and 10 to watch. wtf? no wonder we fucking street race. the type of shit in the video was fuckin stupid, weaving through traffic and shit, but fuck, if you dont want people to street race, give them alternatives.
