1 cylinder would be very unbalanced. anything more will make it better and better. it's a matter of degrees. The more angles the smoother you can make power. get it? if not go check up websites that have pictures and what not. then you might see. Volvo has 5 cylinder engines, I think geo or some small car has 3 cylinders. One of the big american companies is designing a 16 cylinder engine currently. GM or crysler or something. it's said to produce 1000hp and 1000ft/lb of torque. =)

cool golf... were there times stated anywhere i didn't check the website thoroughly.

i'm not sure that there's an issue with the 5 cylinder thing...

chevy's got one coming out for the new s10,
saab has one, audi used to have one...

volkswagen had a v5 version of the vr6 motor in europe a few years back... it's got 5 instead of 6 cylinders...

it's been around for a while and works rather well...

i think volvo has one too...

and the audi motor is a rock. you can make tremendous power with it... that's what they won rally championships with...

The motor was replaced with an inline five cylinder 2.1 litre Audi turbo engine with two large intercoolers. The engine develops about 600-900 hp depending on the choice of turbo and setup. The car weighs around 3400 pounds.

On some models the AC controls are located on the door panels. Temperature is selected by how far you rotate the crank and the fan is operated by the long skinny pedal to the far right. The further you depress this pedal, the higher the air flow.

unfortunatley you're wrong. the car has 1 turbo. one intercooler. look at it... why would they put two on it, your picture shows that there is only one.

and it' not 3400lbs. do the conversion... 1400 kilos is not 3400lbs.

it's about 1800. do the math. or find the scc issue with it in there. all the specs are there.

If I'm not mistaken, the acura vigor is an inline-5 as well. The vigor is what its now known as the acura TL...

my bad... it's still not 3400 though...

the issue of scc said it was about 2k or so... power to weight of 2:1... maybe they had their facts wrong...

it was like feb last year for that issue...
i looked on their site, and i couldn't find it...

but i'm pretty sure it was about a year ago

This car was built to run around the track, it will destroy alot of cars at the course. It ran a 12 sec at 135mph i think. It was getting wheel spin. Its a sick car take a 10 sec car against this beast on the trck and you'll see the difference. Its built for 1 reason track racing.

http://www.dahlbackracing.se/english/main.asp

that's the new site for them...

how could that car only run 12's with awd and 900hp?

i know it's geared for road courses, but with that much power, i would have to believe it's quicker than 12's.

i've seen the videos of it, and it is insanely fast in a straight line as much as on a road course...

where'd you get your numbers from?
