i'm going...
my wife and i went a few months back as she wanted to negotiate a deal where her company (sapporo beer) would be a major sponsor of the event...
unfortunately nothing came out of it...
but we are still going to be there...
it's my personal mission to meet the drift king and get him to autograph my helmet, or gloves, or one of my option videos, or better yet, the cover of my initial d dvd set...

i decided (really, my wife told me) to bring my racing gloves to have autographed... she, er, i am gonna then have them framed and put on my wall above her --- i mean, my tv...
i hope the line to get in to raceway park is not like the lines for the roller coasters at six flags... that'll be a BITCH!!!
