just moved to arlington, va from nyc.
what's law enforcement like regarding hybrids?
i've got a 99 civic with a 99 ls motor using an obd1 ecu.
the car passed emissions legally in ny this past march, so i don't think i'll run in to any problems passing emissions here..
what about the safety inspection? my car is lowered 1.75/f and 1.5/r. is that legal here?
Dont know of any laws on hybrids in VA, then again I dont live in VA either , however since your new to VA, let me warn you on there strictness on speeding. VEEERRRY strict. 20mph over any limit and gots to get lawyer, w/possible jail sentence blah blah blah. Just lettin ya know
