dyno spot racing (dsr) experience bad?

a buddy of mine recently took his 2000 celica gt-s to dyno spot racing in san jose to tune his apexi power fc. the tuner there didn't even know how to tune the car and blew his engine and the owner isn't willing to pay for any damages and was about to charge him for dyno time too. my buddy never paid the guy for dyno time but never got reimbursed for his engine either. anybody else have bad or good feedback from them?
