hey just thought i'd start a thread here (they seem pretty few and far between in this forum). anyways, who's from the peg or surrounding area? maybe post what you drive, a pic or two, whatever!
ps. i figure once the cruising season starts again (if it ever gets above -40) we can organize some meets on this forum!

this is my car. 95 teg RS. here's what it looked like for a couple weeks last august after i got the oem lip kit on and lowered it, but before i had the rims powder coated dark bronze... rockin the steelies for winter, though.

oh and i'm in north kildonan, go to UofM, work at a few different places during the spring & summer.

for any non-winnipeggers reading this, its freakin -49c here (that's about -57F) right now. damn i can't wait for summer!

haha good 'ol Gimli. gotta love those massive cracks in the pavement. signs of a good track! do you go there often in the summer? i went there a few years back with an old 5.0 i had and rented the track with a few other guys, but we were racing the whole circuit, so i've never actually dragged there. i definitely will try it out this year though.

anyone else here race at Gimli?

you ever come out here for sunday night cruises? from what i hear, we have the biggest cruise night going. if you haven't yet, you should check it out once next summer!

Thats a long friggin drive from her to the Peg. I think its 6 hrs from Regina, and Regina's 2 hrs away from here. But maybe I'll gather some troops and we'll all take a cruise down there.

Anyone going to CIN this year???

Used to be Canadian Import Nationals in Calgary. I don't know if they are going to stop there this year or not.
