All motor and exhaust size

I'm liking the greddy Sp2 system and it is 60mm pipping so that is like 2.3 inch. Anyways I am considering doing a bit of headwork to my B16A2 with Skunk 2 stage 2 cams, retainers, springs, gears, intake manifold and possibly a port and polish with 3 angle valve job. The other plan is to have it tuned with a hondata. Will this exhaust be to restrictive for this setup or will I be fine on 60mm? While i'm at it...anyone got any recommendations for a good header for an all motor application?

Well its hard to tell without knowing what kinda power. But I think 2.5inch exhaust wouldnt hurt...You can find some on ebay.

As for the header , there is a slew of stuff for the b16. As well some almost exotic type race designs can be had for some ok prices....the top notch stuff look to spend 900.

60mm will be good man, thats what I'm running with stage 1's

As far as the header, your def going to want something that has a 2.5'' collector. I am running the jdm dc 4-1 which works great and is pretty cheap. Like Mike said you can go all the way up to over 1k for a header, but thats for you to decide. The jdm dc 4-1 works great for me. Your also going to need either a custom 2.5'' high flow cat or a test pipe for the header to fit.

I think a 2.5 will be the best...especially if you get the jdm dc, that way you won't be bottle necking your exhaust.

there are hardly any exhaust systems thats are actually 2.5'' most are 60mm which is like 2.3 which is fine. The skunk2 is 60mm and is more then enough for a sick n/a setup!

Thats weird I thought you were mentioning what I said. I re-read and noticed I removed it and just gave a run down on what you might find. But I was going to say the exact same, you can just find a jdm dc sport header , they are a good price.

Its weird , but you can find a lot of them on ebay. At least if your thinking about a custom 2.5 setup , you dont have to with these systems and they cost about what you would pay for a custom setup if not less....

I've heard nothing larger than 2.5 inches. But 2.5" seems a little large for me, seeing as many turbocharged car owners step up to a 3" exhaust.

2" to 2 1/4" is fine also.
