Thumbs down A BAD company to deal with! UltraRev!

I dont know if anyone has heard of this company. But they are not someone to deal with!

I found them by google, and they had a decent price on some bushings I needed. So I went ahead and ordered them. Well, I tried calling many times to ask them some questions on shipping numbers and when I would have them. I needed them because I needed to get my car inspected for safety, and some of my bushings were bad. Well, I spent a week trying to get ahold of them. No answer. I tried emailing them. Nothing! Finally at this point I said screw it and bought them elsewhere and told them to cancel my order. I left a message with their sales, shipping and tech support to cancel the order. I even emailed them asking them to confirm the cancellation. So I finally got my new bushings from some other company, had them installed. A couple days later they email me tracking numbers. So at this point I am PISSED off! They charged me for the bushings and sent them anyways. Fine, whatever. I'll just ship them back I am thinking. Well, I got them and emailed them on a RMA so I can return them. They respond immediately and tell me they are charging me 25% restocking fee, and the shipping charges will not be reimbursed! Now its clear why they went ahead and shipped my order. They wanted to make money off the sale. Assholes! So, Im stuck with these bushings and I want to try selling them myself.

So my conclusion is, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
